Client Requirement
The Client wanted to market its magazine to a vast potential reader base. It already had a huge database of over 250,000 people. The problem it faced was with this database, which was loosely organized, had enormous number of missing links and ample dirty data. The Company was short of both manpower and time and deadlines were pressing, because it was not able to reach over to target audience within stipulated time, owing to imperfectly organized data.

We suggested requirement of a complete database management package, which included everything from verification and cleansing to compilation and organization. This database of 250,000 people had records of user name, designation, address, cell phone, email ids and so on. We took over to calling up every individual record, talking to the concerned person, verifying the details and recording it. What followed were arranging the newly gathered information into a logical format after deletion of the obsolete, completion of the incomplete and correction of the wrong elements.
Over this process of data enrichment, we converted it into a structured form, which was accurate, consistent, and up to date. We handed over this revised, ready-to-use database to the Company, which gained considerable momentum with this bank of potential readers.
